By downloading, installing, or using the Luna AI application ("App") or visiting our website at www.lunatheai.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Luna AI.
Luna AI is developed and operated by Kanzati.com (Ziad Khazzaka), located in Zahle, Beqaa Governorate, Lebanon. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kanzati.com.
By using Luna AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

The service is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use Luna AI, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or free tier restrictions is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
You retain ownership of the creative prompts you submit and the AI-generated content produced from those prompts ("Your Content"), subject to the rights granted to us in these Terms.
By using Luna AI, you grant Kanzati.com a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate. You represent and warrant that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws, infringe on any third-party rights, or violate these Terms.
AI-generated content may not be perfect or accurate. Luna AI makes no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose. Generated content is provided "as is."
You agree NOT to use Luna AI to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
Luna AI offers a free tier which includes a one-time gift of one AI video and one AI song upon account creation. Free tier access is limited and subject to change.
Luna AI offers Pro and Max subscription plans with additional credits, higher resolution outputs, and exclusive AI models. Subscription pricing and details are displayed within the app.
All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to their respective payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are governed by their respective refund policies. We do not directly process refunds for in-app purchases.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Luna AI uses a credit system to manage usage of AI generation features. Credits are consumed each time you generate a video or song. Credits are:
Luna AI, including its name, logo, design, features, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Kanzati.com. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of our IP without written permission.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the creative content you generate using Luna AI. However, note that AI models may generate similar content for other users with similar prompts. We make no guarantees of uniqueness.
If you submit feedback or suggestions about the app, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
LUNA AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KANZATI.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF LUNA AI, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of Luna AI shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Profile settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your generated content may be deleted within 30 days.
All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination (including IP rights, disclaimers, and liability limitations) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zahle, Beqaa Governorate, Lebanon.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, via an in-app notification. Continued use of Luna AI after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
